Our approach is to provide advice that is both expert and realistic, geared to giving our clients the best chance of achieving their planning objectives efficiently.

Providing comprehensive analysis of planning policies and other influencing factors. Production of a range of assessments / studies in support of development proposals including retail impact assessments, town centre vitality and viability assessments, sequential tests and urban capacity studies.
Preparation and co-ordination of environmental statements and advice on environmental issues.
Monitoring of government guidance; provision of plans monitoring and alerter service for specific sites; preparation and submission of plan representations at all stages of the plan process; appearance as expert witness at hearings and examinations.
Advice in terms of compulsory purchase enforcement notices and appeals; breach of condition notices and stop notices. Submission of applications for Certificates of Lawfulness.
Providing advice on development involving listed buildings and conservation areas, or when conservation and heritage issues arise.
