CLIENTS: Brownfield residential development – West End, Glasgow.

After successfully promoting a residential zoning via a local plan objection, Bryce Associates has secured planning consent for a 200 unit flatted development. Work is continuing to resolve detailed planning issues to secure implementation.


CLIENTS: Four Acres Charitable Trust.

Working with a multi-disciplinary team, a design solution was prepared and planning consent was obtained for the extension of a listed terrace and war memorial which cross-funded the restoration of a listed church as an arts centre.


CLIENTS: Elderslie Estates.

Bryce Associates provides advice to Elderslie Estates, including promoting sites local development plans for residential development on village peripheries, and securing alternative uses for redundant farm buildings through planning applications.


CLIENTS: Papa Johns.

Despite initial resistance at pre-application stage, Bryce Associates engaged with the Council to resolve their concerns and secured planning consent for a Papa Johns outlet in Paisley.
